We are a strictly adults and teens only event.

Be warned, this is not your standard (boo) haunted house. This is an intimate audience participation event in which you will experience your own simulated horror film where participants walk through highly curated mazes designed to entertain and scare you. This is an extreme scare experience. The nightmare realm features several intense scenes that create a realistic experience. While every precaution has been taken, your reaction or the reaction of others to scare moments may cause you to collide with other people or the set walls / props. Any resultant damage or injury is at your own risk and must be understood before proceeding to accept our terms & conditions.

We strongly advise to not wear expensive clothing or heeled footwear. Whilst every effort has been made to not damage clothing, we cannot be held responsible if accidents happen.

For your own safety and the safety of our actors and staff, the event is monitored live with cctv footage, roaming security and the presence of an garda siochana.

You will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued if we think you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substances. This is for your safety as well as the safety of our customers and staff.

This haunted attraction contains: special effects, disturbing audio, smoke and fog effects, hydraulics, tight spaces, indoor and outdoor all weather conditions, cold and warm settings, strobe lights and high impact scares.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, you should be in good health and free from heart, breathing, back, knee, neck problems, motion sickness or other conditions that could be aggravated by the nightmare realm.

The haunt mazes are not recommended for children under the age of 13, expectant mothers, persons with epilepsy and those who experience anxiety in enclosed and tight spaces should not enter. Younger teenagers may need to be supervised by an adult if they are faint hearted.
Due to the limitations in size of the passageways, persons with any physical limitations are not recommended to take this tour. Special exits are provided for those experiencing difficulties during their tour.

TICKET INFORMATION

Please note there is an additional booking fee per ticket to cover 3rd party services.

Changes can only be made up to 24 hours in advance of your booked date and time.

Refunds are not offered.
We accept visa, laser and mastercard.

Scare photos are taken by envisage photography – purchased photos will be uploaded to the event facebook page within 24 hours.

The nightmare realm experience reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.

The use of phones for photos and/or videos inside the haunt mazes is strictly prohibited. Taking photos or videos and/or sharing any unauthorised images (eg on social media or privately) is strictly prohibited. There are certain zones within the event outside of the haunt mazes where photos are allowed, our roaming characters and staff are on site to help you. Mobile phones & cameras are not allowed inside the haunts. They must remain switched off, violating this will result in the deletion of images taken and removal from the haunt. Management are not responsible should further data be deleted in error.

Once inside the attraction, you will be subjected to intense audio and lighting effects, low visibility, strobe lights, water and fog.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, open flame, photography and videography is prohibited at all times inside the event attraction. You will be escorted from the premises.

Touching of the props or actors is strictly prohibited. Please respect our performers. They will not touch you, however due to the nature of our event they may come into contact with you. We cannot be held responsible for this. If the customer becomes rowdy (pushing, shoving, running or becomes aggressive to our staff) they will be removed from the event without refund immediately. Our premises is covered with 24hour cctv and is monitored during the event at all times for this reason.

If you violate these rules you will be escorted from the attraction and you will not be given a refund. In the case of serious incidents, an garda siochana will be involved.

Notice: You are entering the haunt mazes at your own risk. There are no refunds. Enter at your own risk.

The ticket holder understands that there are inherent risks when participating in an event such as the nightmare realm’s haunted experience and assumes all risks and dangers associated therein.

In consideration and acceptance of entrance, the ticket holder agrees to release the operator, it’s affiliates, directors, employees, volunteers and property landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participation in the nightmare realm’s haunted experience.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Nightmare Realm owns all intellectual property rights in the website, all material published on this website, social media and all physical material created. The Nightmare Realm and its characters, sets, props, costumes and masks remain the intellectual and/or physical property of the company. These works are protected by copyright laws worldwide. Any use of such outside the scope of the seasonal event without authorised written confirmation from the Directors and company is strictly prohibited.
